Here’s what you need to know:

  • No two people are the same, so their therapy shouldn’t be either.
    I make your therapy fit YOU - the goal is to meet your needs.

  • I work with teens and adults and you can self-refer to see me

  • I get excited about sports psychology and performance coaching, particularly for football, however I support athletes from a whole range of sports to achieve their goals.

  • If you’re feeling nervous about therapy for the first time, its okay, lots of people feel that way you can share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

  • Some people like to know what therapies I use: ACT, DBT, CBT and Psychodynamic therapies are my go-to and I continue to attend training to stay up to date with the latest research

What do I do?

I don’t fix you, because you aren’t broken. My role is to walk along side you.
I’ve spent 10 years, supporting folks to feel more comfortable with who they are and to develop skills to boldly step toward what it is they want.

About me

  • I’m a boyhood fan of Newcastle United and won’t go past a good coffee and chocolate brownie.

  • I swore I was not a cat person, and now I have a daughter and a cat.
    Turns out I don’t mind some cats.
