No two people are the same, so their therapy shouldn’t be either. I make your therapy fit YOU - the goal is to meet your needs.
I work with teens and adults and you can self-refer to see me
I get excited about sports psychology and performance coaching, particularly for football (my favourite sport!).
However I have worked with athletes from a whole range of sports to achieve their goals.If you’re feeling nervous about therapy for the first time, its okay, most people feel that way.
It’s okay to only share what you feel comfortable sharing.Some people like to know what therapies I use. ACT, DBT, CBT and Psychodynamic therapies are my go-to and I continue to do training to stay up to date with the latest research

About me (a bit of fun)
I’m a boyhood fan of Newcastle United and won’t go past a good coffee and chocolate brownie.
I swore I was not a cat person, and now I have a daughter and a cat.
Turns out I don’t mind some cats.
